Schools Update Marquee Signs June 24, 2016 - 9:15am

Now all CUSD schools have digital marquee signs, like our school, making it faster and easier to share announcements with families and the community. To accommodate neighbors’ wishes, the new signs will operate from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to 4 PM on weekends. Their brightness is at 25% power, and district staff is exploring ways to make the internal fans quieter. Otherwise, as is the case for us, the signs are proving very helpful in notifying people of important dates and events at the schools so they may plan accordingly.

Summer Routine May 30, 2016 - 9:28pm

As we get ready to enter into the summer months we want to encourage you to set a summer academic routine. Fun is very important to have over the summer and so is a structure for some continued academic time. Please make sure to have your students read daily for at least 30 minutes and practice thier math skills on Reflex Math (they each have a username and password for this) A great way to get some writing in is to have a summer writing journal or a travel journal if you are planning to go on vacation.
