Conference Schedule November 27, 2017 - 10:24am

Parent/teacher conferences will be held October 30th - November 3rd. During this week we will have an adjusted end time to the day. Please note the change in schedule and plan accordingly for pick up of your student(s). If you have any questions please feel free to call the front office at 408-978-4675.

Pick up/Drop off in the Parking Lot October 2, 2017 - 9:04am

Please help us with the flow of traffic in the parking lot during after school pick up. If you are picking up students at 3:00, please wait for the 2:50 pick up time to exit the drop off/pick up lane in the parking lot prior to parking by the yellow curb. This will help traffic continue to move as students get picked up, rather than being stuck due to someone waiting for a student that is dismissed at 3:00. Thank you for help in keeping our parking lot safe. 
Sports Day October 2, 2017 - 8:54am

Help your child(ren) show their school spirit! We have our first spirit day this Friday, October 6th. This is a way to celebrate our school pride as well as build community. We encourage students to wear clothes to represent their favorite sport, favorite team, favorite player, or a sport they are a part of. Join in the fun of our first spirit day!

School picture day is coming up on Thursday 10/5. Please look for additional information in the weekly Monday envelope. 
BBQ Lunch October 2, 2017 - 9:51am

Come and join us for lunch with your child during our BBQ lunch on Friday, October 6th.  BBQ lunch for Blackford students is the same price as traditional hot lunch, $3.50, for all visitors BBQ lunch is $4.00 per person. Times for lunch are as follows:

  • TK/Kinder: 11:50 
  • 1st Grade: 11:55 
  • 2nd Grade: 12:00 
  • 3rd Grade: 12:20
  • 4th Grade: 12:30 
  • 5th Grade: 12:30

Hearing Screening September 18, 2017 - 7:54am

Hearing screening for TK, Kinder, 2nd grade and 5th grade will take place September 28th at Blackford during the regularly scheduled school day. Both teacher and parent referrals are accepted. If you have any questions please contact Denisse at the front office dgarcia-mendoza [at] campbellusd.org.
School Site Council September 15, 2017 - 5:00pm

There are currently two seats to fill in our elected School Site Council. The Council is composed of parents, community members, and representatives from the school’s staff. The Council reviews the school plan annually, establishes a budget, makes modifications as necessary, and assists in the evaluation of the school’s programs.
