We are Grand Prize Recyclers!

Recycling efforts of students and staff have earned our school the “Recycle Cup” award from the City of San Jose and the San Jose Earthquakes soccer team. During the three-week contest, we recycled more than all other schools participating in the challenge. 

Blackford Elementary collected 76 bags of recycling!

 As part of the award, we will receive a visit by Mayor Sam Liccardo and an Earthquakes player or mascot.
