To help with safety and the flow of traffic in the parking lot after school, please make sure to adhere to a few guidelines. Please do not park and wait for your child(ren) in the yellow zone during the 2:50 dismissal time if you have a child(ren) with a release time of 3:00. This is significantly impacting the flow of the pick up lane. Please do not park and leave your car unattended at any time in the yellow or red zones. Please do not double park next to the cones at any time. Please make sure to stay in line in the pick up lane if you are coming around to the yellow curb to wait for your child(ren) to get in the car. Please do not pull around in the drive through lane and then cut over into the pick up lane, this is significantly impacting the pick up process and is dangerous. Thank you so much for following these guidelines in an effort to make sure all of our students at Blackford stay safe.

We are asking for some volunteers to help us with parking lot traffic before and after school. We will have a training available for all of those that are interested in helping to keep our students and families safe in the parking lot. Please come to the front office to let us know that you are interested in being a part of this much needed team.
